Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, has issued Executive Council Resolution No. (11) of 2025 to regulate the operations of free zone establishments in Dubai.
